Where do you fly to?

With great-value flights to Geneva, Salzburg, Innsbruck, Chambery, Grenoble, Turin, Lyon, Verona and Barcelona, Europe’s best resorts are at your ski tips. Will it be the Austrian, French, Italian or Swiss Alps? Or how about an adventure in Andorra or the Dolomites?

Is hand luggage included?

Travelling light? Our 10kg hand luggage comes included as standard – perfect for short stays. Going for a longer trip or just have a lot of outfits you want to take with you? No problem, you can add 22kg baggage* to your booking.

Can I book ski carriage?

Skis, snowboard, salopettes, boots, helmet... there’s a lot of gear involved on a winter getaway. With our handy 22kg ski carriage*, you can take all your fave wardrobe staples and essentials with you.

Is it possible to book flights for a large group?

We know organising a group ski trip can be a bit of a faff, but we’re on hand to make it as easy as possible. We’re talking a low £30pp deposit^, part payments^ and free name changes †. Plus, our award-winning Groups team will look after every aspect of your trip, all on one simple booking.

Do you do weekend flights?

Most of our ski flights operate on a weekend, so you can maximise your time on the mountain. Not an early bird? We’ve got afternoon flights to many of our destinations.

Can I book a transfer with you?

Choose from affordable shared and private transfer options booked through Holiday Extras, with the freedom to amend or cancel your booking up to the day before travel.

Will there be Customer Helpers in the airport?

If you’re flying to Geneva, our friendly Red Team will be on hand to assist you when you land. We don’t have Customer Helpers at our other ski destination airports, but you’ll receive all the info you need before you fly.
